I normally go to Regis to get my hair done. Been going there for about 3 years now. Never had a problem but have noticed that everytime i would go to the one in the Chambersburg Mall different ppl would be in there". Never had the same person cut my hair more then once/. It was fine at first but i learned (the hard way) that i will not be going back there again?. i went on a saterday to get a simple cut (trim w a couple LONG layers and side bangs) came out looking like a *** lawn mower ran over my head!!! So called them the next day to see if they could maybe try to fix it some how?. First going to try to say the they can not (i payed $25)as the converstion went on she told me to come in and someone else would try to do it'. Yea still looks like ***,. Am now going to different salon tomorrow to see if they can help?. There is something wrong w a place if they can not keep 1 employee there/. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! 128a279

Written by Stylist of Regis on July 6, 2011 from glendale, california, US It breaks my heart to hear that you went through that.I'm not sure about that certain shop,but I cant tell you that Regis is going through soo much changes that stuff like that will not happen.The shop I work at in SOCAL is amazing and booming! Wel have fun and have the best training we can get..If they cant keep a stylist then it's the managment.Sorry you went through that and I hope you realized that it's that certain shop not all Regis salons are like that. |
