totally unsatisfied. Made an appointment for myself and three bridemaids to have our hair styled on my wedding day. Got a call on thursday (wedding is saturday morning) that they overbooked and would have to cancel one of my bridesmaids. Needless to say I canceled and called another salon. The other salon was even synpathetic to my situation and although werent orginaly able to accomadate us they called in an extra girl to help us on my big day.And the horrible thing is REGIS never even apologized. I will never again go there or recommend their services. This occured at the REGIS salon in Johnson City New York. 128a61d

This doesn't surprise me! I would Look up all the salons that are owned by Regis Corp. I too had a very bad experience at a Regis owned salon.  

I am very happy you found someone else to pick up where they left you.

As an employee, and a special event stylist, I find it ridiculous that you (as a bride) waited until the last minute to find a salon to do your bridal party. While their customer service was poor, its your fault for being so ill prepared.
