Kendrah , cut all my hair off , im talking like 7inch's , she gave me a color job like Christina Aguilera drom her dirty days and tried to tell me that I love it. I didn't , I work in the mall and I tell everyone that she diI this me and they all say its bad work and that I must miss my long hair!!! , i stopped going to her now. She lost a customer of 2 years. Regis Corporation doesn't value their customers. The Corporation won't make good with one of their stylists who stole my earing from me!

They said too bad prove it.! The stylist left me in the chair never to return. Only a guilty person does that!

Stylist Jenny at Puyallup, WA is a thief.

Well sadly many stylist in a corporate place like that are like Robots in a little box. They come to work and clock into a routine everyday and they don't step out of their box at all.In this Business you really have to expand you're training, and if your a Robot with no expand then you will make clones of your clients..

licensed or notm a paying customer is just thatm a paying customer. Consistency is why a customer comes back. Consistency with the service, the results of the color, and definitely the payment. The benefit of her being licensed is that she knows the property of hair and should know what to expect. At the end of the day she is/was a "paying" customer.

I've had the same experience.. I am not a working hairdresser but do have license, which she has no idea about. Kendrah also attemped to cut my long hair, saying it needed to be layered.... For what reason is beyond me. Not what I came in for, cause I certainly don't want the style she has. She has given me different colors that I DID NOT want. Very inconsistant. I've only gotten the color ONCE that was agreed upon with the swatches. She has charged different prices for the same exact service. I never know what to expect from her. For something that should be a relaxing experience is actually kinda traumatizing.
