At times I get hair cuts and buy Regis and Matrix hair products at Regis Salon in the Green Tree Mall Clarksville, IN. The gift set of shampoo and conditioner; 1L bottles was on sale for 30 dollars. One set was displayed.
November 29th. #2 Conditioner1L/33.8 Fl oz.
I selected two bottles of conditioner thinking "a set", and a bottle of 4 Iron Smoother 8.5,Fl oz". the cashier rang it saying, "that will be eighty- dollars/."
Shocked, I questioned her?. Her explanation, shampoo cost less?.
I said I am not paying that price". She stated "I can not remove the entry?." I wanted to speak with a manager". Representative said there was not a manager but gave me this e-mail address,. I told her I did not want the product and would not be back. 128a704
