You all know I am plain and lazy and don't want to mess with a bunch of styling. But chemo made me lose hair and changed the texture, so I like it cut at my shoulders. Anyway, today I asked a stylist at Regis in the Huntington mall if anyone had time to cut my hair and she said "My cuts are 30.00 and I have an opening at 2". It was 10 till 2, so I browsed around and watched her sitting and twirling in a chair. I figured she was tired ? Anyway, at 2, I asked her if she was ready to cut my hair and she said she wasn't, and continued to talk with a friend. I left |

Her unprofessional coworker was doing her friend's hair (for free I'm guessing), but other than that it was fine. I called today and have an appointment tomorrow--so it was easy getting an appointment. Hopefully it will be a good experience tomorrow! |

Carlton has hovered over the Regis in SOCAL now and guttin gout the problems.Very sorry you had to put up with unprofessional stylist..I have heard the "Carlton" Men from Corp came into a shop and saw a few stylist on they're cell phones and the shop looks gross..Let sjust say they arnt there any more.Sadly bad stylist gives us a bad rep. |

Looked like helmet hair I brought in a picture and asked if it would look ok first with my hair type and face. Looked nothing like picture and the girl that cut it kept say dont you like it and went to girl beside her and said dont you like her haircut, I think she was trying to convince herself. |

My little girl also loves having her hair cut there which is not normal since she is shy. Maybe you are seeing individuals on their breaks which is required by law. In addition, maybe that person is waiting on their next customer to come in that had an appointment. Look outside the box for the answers. What if you had an appointment but when you got there, they were working on someone else's hair. I don't think you would like it one bit. |

I walked in to try to get my son's hair cut while we were at the mall one day. There were 4 stylists there and 2 customers getting their hair done. I stood at the counter (right in front of them) for awhile (a good 3-4 minutes) before I finally started saying, "Excuse me." Regardless, they ignored me either way and I was shocked at how they could be chatting with each other and totally ignore me. I'll never set foot in the place again. Besides, if the styles that the stylists were sporting are any example of the work that they do then I don't see how they get any customers. |

Every time I call to make one they tell me they are completely booked and hang up. Every time I walk in they all are highlighting their own hair with no customers in the store, and they say they are still booked and to come back in several hours. This sucks! |
