Everyone makes mistakes, the owner listened to my complaint, told me I was wrong that I had asked for this color (brilliant red??) and when I asked for my money back (I went to another shop and paid the same amount again to have it somewhat salvaged) she told me to take it to the corporation.
I asked for strawberry blonde, got brilliant red, told her i didn't like it, she toned it down a bit and knew I was unhappy.
I will never go back and guess how many people I will tell? Everyone. 128ae8b
